POLICIES

Returns:
We want you to be happy with your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All Sale items, Preorder, & Presale items are non-returnable items. 

Additional non-returnable items:

 - Gift cards

- Any other items marked non-returnable

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. It may take up to 10 business days for the credit to actually post to your account. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Refunds take approximately 7-10 business days.

Returns on Sale items (if applicable)

WE DO NOT DO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS. ALL SALES FINAL. 

Damaged / Defective Items: 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit.  We are not obligated to replace any items that have been washed, worn, or have the tags removed. Please inspect all items before removing any tags.

Exchanges:
Sometimes you miss judge sizing or your baby grew too fast. We get it.  We will exchange the item for the same item, just a different size. IF WE HAVE IT.  You are responsible for return shipping of the original item.  All items must be unwashed, unworn, still have original tags attached, and be in it's original plastic packaging (if it came with any).  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at antlersandacornsquestions@gmail.com. We will be in contact you with further instructions.

Cancellations on special orders:

We do not accept cancellations on presale or preordered items (custom orders).  Any custom discount codes on presale/preorders are considered payment plan options. The amount paid using these codes is considered your nonrefundable deposit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you would like us to send you a return label.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you send them back regardless of the policy, we are by no means obligated to refund any money for the product or shipping. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not obligated to issue any refund or make an exchange on "lost" items.
